If you signed up or signed in with Facebook (or any other method) and want your Boti Shoti account data deleted, follow these steps:
How to request deletion
- Email bootishoti@gmail.com from the same email linked to your account.
- Subject line: Boti Shoti Data Deletion Request
- Include: your full name, phone number (if any), app used (Customer / Vendor / Rider), and Facebook/Google email if applicable.
- We will verify ownership and delete or anonymize your account data within 30 days.
What we delete
- Account profile (name, email, phone)
- Vendor/rider registration details tied to your account
- Login links for Facebook/Google where technically possible
What may be retained briefly
Order records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained in minimized form as required by law.
Facebook permissions
You can also remove Boti Shoti’s access anytime in Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites.
