This Privacy Policy explains how Boti Shoti (“we”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Customer, Vendor, Rider, and Admin applications and websites, including when you sign in with Google or Facebook Login.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, password (hashed by Firebase Auth), shop/rider profile details.
- Social login: if you use Facebook or Google, we receive your public profile name and email address as permitted by that provider.
- Order & delivery data: addresses, order contents, payment status, delivery status.
- Device/usage: app version, crash logs, and basic analytics needed to operate the service.
2. How we use information
- Create and secure your account
- Process orders, vendor approvals, and deliveries
- Customer support and fraud prevention
- Improve app reliability and user experience
3. Sharing
We share data only as needed with: restaurants/vendors, riders, payment processors, and infrastructure providers (e.g. Google Firebase, Meta for Facebook Login). We do not sell personal data.
4. Facebook Login
When you choose Facebook Login, Meta authenticates you and shares limited profile information with us. Facebook’s own policies also apply: Facebook Privacy Policy.
5. Retention & security
We retain account data while your account is active and as required for legal/operational reasons. Access is restricted using authentication and role-based controls.
