By using Boti Shoti Customer, Vendor, Rider, or Admin apps, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
Boti Shoti is a multi-vendor food ordering and delivery platform operated by alfalahdigitalworld. Availability depends on supported cities and approved vendors/riders.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- Vendors require admin approval before accepting orders.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
- Social login (Google/Facebook) is optional and subject to that provider’s terms.
3. Orders & payments
Order prices, delivery fees, and availability are shown in-app. Cancelled or disputed orders are handled per our support process.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse other users, or submit fraudulent shops/orders.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, local law, or platform safety rules.
6. Liability
The platform is provided as-is. Food quality is primarily the vendor’s responsibility; delivery performance involves assigned riders.
